Custom Feet Analysis Software


The Custom Feet Insoles software has been developed by experts in the field to identify foot alignment issues. The software works by photographing the foot in six unique positions. The results enable instant identification misalignment in the feet, plus any additional areas that may require custom support.   


Full training for using and understanding the software is provided to you by our knowledgeable staff.   






Custom Feet Scanning Unit


The scanning unit shows the dispersion pressure of the foot, so we can determine the type of foot the individual has (flat foot, low arch, normal arch or high arch). The built-in camera works with the custom software on the computer and verifies the degree of deviation of the foot. 






Custom Feet Oven


The Custom Feet Oven was developed to heat the insoles, ready for moulding on the custom feet pillow in just three minutes. The oven steel oven fits easily into any store, cart or shop where you decide to set up. 





Custom Feet Moulding Pillow 


The Custom Feet Moulding Pillow is the final step in producing your customers insoles. The insoles are placed in the pillow direct from the oven, where your customer is able to safely place their feet and finish the custom insole moulding process.
